Three steps to your appointment
Choose the type
Screening, acute complaints, pill check, IUD consultation: pick the category matching your concern. The short description under each type helps — when in doubt, "Sprechstunde" (consultation) fits.
Pick a time
You see all free slots in real time — including those just freed by a cancellation. Early mornings and after 4 pm are in highest demand; if you are flexible, late mornings fill fastest.
Enter details & confirm
Name, date of birth, insurance status, email — done. You immediately receive a confirmation email with a cancellation link. No account, no password, no paperwork.
Good to know
- Cancelling or moving: via the link in your confirmation email — please up to 24 hours ahead, so someone else gets your slot. Late cancellations can trigger a no-show fee (see house rules).
- No suitable slot? Check again early in the morning — overnight cancellations appear immediately. For urgent concerns, call: we handle acute cases personally.
- Acute severe symptoms do not belong in online booking — call directly, Clara or the team will route you immediately.
- To prepare: bring your health card, maternity record or previous findings if applicable. For first appointments, arrive 5 minutes early.
Why booking online helps everyone
Every online booking is one call fewer in the phone queue — and thus a free line for those who really need to call. Our phone availability was the weakest score in the 2025 patient survey (3.13 of 5). Online booking is part of the answer: it moves routine to the web and frees the phone for urgent matters. If you can book online, you are also helping the woman who cannot.
Frequent questions about online booking
Do I need an arzt-direkt account?
No. Booking works without registration — only your contact details for the confirmation.
I cannot find my appointment type — what now?
Choose "Sprechstunde" (consultation) as the default, or write to us via the online reception describing your concern — we will tell you the right category or book for you.
Can I book for my daughter / another person?
Yes — simply enter their details. For minors under 14, a legal guardian should accompany the appointment; from 14, the teen clinic also works alone.
Is booking secure?
Booking runs via arzt-direkt (Zollsoft GmbH, the German provider of our practice system), encrypted, straight into our calendar — details in our privacy policy, section 3.
