One newsletter. Everything in it.
We send exactly one newsletter — no five mailing lists, no flood of ads. In it we announce new offers, courses and clinics. And openly: your sign-up helps us see where demand actually is — and what we build first.

Why we only have one newsletter
We could offer you five lists and pretend everything is finished. It is not. We are building our offers right now — courses, health club, diagnostic programmes — and we build them in the order in which demand exists. Your sign-up is therefore more than a subscription: it is a signal about where we should put resources.
What that means for you: no simulated offers, no fake waiting lists. An honest building site you can watch and talk into.
What you can subscribe to — the honest status

What you will not get from us
- No sharing of your data with third parties — the list stays with us
- No health data in the newsletter — for anything medical there is the protected online reception
- No weekly sales pushes. We write when there is something to say; sometimes that is once a quarter
- No unsubscribe trickery: one click in the footer of every mail, effective immediately
Community feedback flows back
What reaches us via the newsletter, the reality check or directly does not vanish into a drawer. Phone availability was our worst survey score — today Clara answers every call. That is how it should continue: you say what is missing. We build. And we show honestly what does not work yet.
Frequent questions about the newsletter
Can I subscribe to only certain topics?
Currently there is one list for everything — cleaner than maintaining six half-empty ones. When an area grows large enough (e.g. courses), we split it off. Until then: honestly lean.
How often do you write?
Irregularly — when there is something to say. Realistically: every few weeks to quarterly. We do not fill editorial calendars just because it is Monday.
What happens to my data?
It stays with us and our email provider, under a data processing agreement. Details are in the privacy policy. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Will I get ads for extra services?
We inform you about new offers — that is the point. But we couple nothing: what is covered by insurance stays covered, whether or not you read the newsletter. That matters enough to us to write it down.
